ENVIRONMENTAL AND REGULATORY FEASIBILITY STUDY ASSOCIATED WITH THE DEVIATION - SAINT AVENTIN (31)

Description

In order to understand the environmental, administrative and regulatory context associated with the Saint-Aventin (31) road diversion project, the Departmental Council of Haute-Garonne commissioned SOLER IDE to carry out a preliminary appraisal of the project. This study should make it possible to highlight the main environmental issues conditioning the design studies, define the applicable regulatory framework, the administrative deadlines and the general planning of the regulatory environment studies. The study thus focused on analyzing and prioritizing:

  • Issues relating to the physical environment: geomorphology, hydrological and hydrogeological characteristics, major natural risks, etc.
  • Issues relating to the human environment: land use, demography and habitats, technological risks, nuisances and pollution, etc.
  • Issues relating to heritage and landscape: visibility, historical monuments, registered sites and classified sites, etc.
  • Urban planning issues: zoning, easements, planning documents, etc.
  • Issues relating to the natural environment: remarkable or protected areas and species identified at local level, identification of wetlands and ecological continuities.
